Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree in Business, Transportation, or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years of transit/incident management experience.
• Experience with CAD/AVL and transit operations preferred.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license with limited moving violations in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control real-time bus operations for safe, reliable service.
• Maintain radio and electronic communications with Operators and staff.
• Use CAD/AVL and other tools to track routes, adjust service levels, and mitigate delays.
• Respond to emergency calls and coordinate with responders until operations restore.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Safety, and Operations to ensure continuity.
