Job summary

Sentar Inc. is looking for a Software Engineer in Huntsville, AL, to develop and enhance complex software for the U.S. Air Force GBSD/Sentinel program. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in a STEM discipline, an active Secret clearance, and experience in software development with object-oriented languages.

This role involves collaboration, problem resolution, and contributing to significant system-level design decisions. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance with investigation/adjudicated within the past 6 years.
• 0 experience required; 5 years for SWE 1, 10 years for SWE 2, 15 years for SWE 3.
• 4 additional years of experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems for the GBSD/Sentinel mission.
• Review and test components for design compliance.
• Contribute to system-level design decisions.
