Competenze

• 5+ years of professional software engineering and a technical degree.
• Experience evolving software architecture in production environments, including refactoring legacy systems.
• At least 2+ years working on a single codebase or product, maintaining and expanding it.
• Strong understanding of design patterns and scalable systems beyond basic syntax.
• Proficiency in Rust and Python; strong mathematical background.

• Define and influence the direction of a small team based on subject-matter expertise.
• Architect, maintain, and evolve complex software systems; refactor for performance, maintainability, and scalability.
• Prototype and deploy state-of-the-art tracking, multi-sensor data fusion, and state estimation algorithms in agile environments.

• Design and implement robust filters, estimators, and probabilistic reasoning for noisy/incomplete sensor data.
• Apply design patterns and best practices to manage technical debt and guide production evolution.
• Analyze system performance with simulations and statistical techniques to validate benefits of the tech.
• Drive customer success by customizing algorithms and software for mission-critical use cases.
• Integrate tracking and estimation tech into the broader SDLC, from requirements to testing and optimization.
