Job summary

DEPCOM Power, Inc. is seeking a Control Room Operator to monitor and manage real-time performance of our solar and energy storage assets from our Scottsdale Operations Center.

You will identify alarms, analyze data, and respond to system conditions to ensure safe, reliable operations across the national fleet. The role requires collaboration with maintenance teams and grid partners, plus thorough documentation and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing data to identify issues, trends, or solutions.
• Experience with computer-based systems and multiple software tools.
• Experience using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience applying procedures in an operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor PV and energy storage systems from the Scottsdale Operations Center.
• Evaluate real-time data and identify irregularities or trends.
• Initiate and follow response plans for alarms to protect safety and reliability.
• Maintain detailed operations logs for reporting and turnover.
• Collaborate with maintenance to understand status and impacts.
• Respond to instructions from utilities and grid operators.
• Operate plant equipment per established procedures or maintenance requests.
• Complete 60-day training on day shift after hire; then on-the-job training for night shift.
