Job summary

Clearway Energy Group is looking for a Manager of Real-Time Operations in Scottsdale, AZ to oversee the control and monitoring of power generation assets. This role requires managing a team while ensuring compliance with regulations and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and has at least 2 years of experience in Renewable Control Center operations. Competitive salary and benefits are offered for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Renewable Control Center Operations.
• PJM GO Certification required within 6 months of employment.
• NERC Certification required within 12 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and supervision to the on-shift Operations team.
• Oversee and drive continuous improvement in operations.
• Assist with monitoring real-time activity and performance.
