Job summary

Clearway Energy Group is seeking a Director, Real-Time Operations in Scottsdale, AZ to oversee monitoring of power generation assets across the fleet.

The successful candidate will lead personnel and develop operational strategies, implementing necessary processes to ensure safety and compliance. Applicants should have over 8 years of experience in Control Center Operations and a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.

Competitive salary range from $180,000 to $225,000 with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Control Center Operations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities ensuring safety and compliance.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee remote control and monitoring of power generation assets.
• Develop and maintain processes and procedures for the RPMC.
• Mentor and develop personnel under supervision.
