The role ensures real-time quality decisions, on-the-floor oversight, and risk identification for continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 4 years of supervisory experience in a pharmaceutical/FDA-regulated setting and strong knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and quality systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; 7 years direct related experience may substitute.
• 4 years of supervisory experience in pharmaceutical/FDA-regulated environment required.
• Expert knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to QA Oversight personnel for real-time quality oversight.
• Oversee on-the-floor batch record review, process monitoring, and area audits.
• Coach and develop direct reports; drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Support regulatory inspections, client audits, and internal assessments.
