Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier Spokane, WA is seeking a Supervisor II, Compliance & Oversight to lead QA oversight across manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, and labs. You will supervise real-time quality monitoring and ensure compliance during process execution, including batch record reviews and area audits.

The role requires 4+ years of supervisory experience in a pharmaceutical/GMP environment, strong knowledge of cGMP and GDP, and a focus on continuous improvement and inspection readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Associates accepted with 7+ years related experience.
• 4+ years of experience; supervisory/lead experience required.
• Pharmaceutical and FDA-regulated industry experience required.
• Expert knowledge of cGMP regulations, GDP requirements, and pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
• Experience overseeing on-the-floor batch record review, process monitoring, area audits, and quality risk identification.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Compliance & Oversight personnel for real-time QA oversight during manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, and support operations.
• Manage daily oversight activities to ensure quality presence and effective execution of on-the-floor oversight responsibilities.
• Establish performance expectations, training plans, and development opportunities for direct reports.
• Provide coaching and guidance on GMP requirements, quality risk identification, and decision-making.
• Identify and escalate quality events, deviations, and compliance risks with timely resolutions.
• Monitor oversight activities and drive continuous improvement actions and program effectiveness.
