Job summary

Entratus, LLC is seeking a Python Developer to join a dynamic team working on a real-time distributed communication framework. You will contribute to Python-based back-end services, collaborating with Senior Developers and the Product Owner to build and optimize features.

This role offers learning opportunities in asynchronous programming, containerization, distributed systems, and AI-powered applications, with a hybrid work setup and occasional office visits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Python development experience.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming and multi-threading concepts.
• Familiarity with data manipulation libraries (Pandas, Openpyxl, Numexpr, Tqdm).
• RESTful API design and web frameworks (FastAPI, Flask).
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL and libraries like SQLAlchemy.
• Excellent communication and willingness to learn from seniors.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience with Git, GitHub, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services and APIs in Python, focusing on asynchronous frameworks (FastAPI, Asyncio, Uvicorn, Aiohttp).
• Maintain and optimize the distributed real-time communication framework.
• Handle data processing and integration using Pandas, Openpyxl, and date utilities; manage DB interactions with SQLAlchemy and Psycopg2.
• Collaborate to integrate ML/NLP components (LangChain, Tiktoken, Litellm, Semantic Router) into the platform.
• Write and maintain Pytest tests; implement error monitoring and logging.
• Engage in agile ceremonies and work with seniors to refine features and grow professionally.
