Job summary

Inspira Health seeks a Patient Flow Supervisor to oversee real-time patient flow and bed management across its hospital system. Based in the Operations Intelligence Center, you will coordinate transfers, admissions, and discharges with clinical teams and leadership to maximize capacity and care quality.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Nursing (RN) with at least 5 years in hospital or EMS settings and NJ RN licensure; a Master's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration or related field is required.
• Master’s degree in a healthcare discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years as an RN in a hospital or EMS setting is required.
• Progressive nursing leadership experience is expected.
• NJ RN license required and BLS certification.
