Job summary

Inspira Health seeks a Patient Flow Supervisor to oversee real-time patient flow and bed management across its hospital system. Based in the Operations Intelligence Center, you will coordinate transfers, admissions, and discharges with clinical teams and leadership to maximize capacity and care quality.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Nursing (RN) with at least 5 years in hospital or EMS settings and NJ RN licensure; a Master's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a healthcare discipline is preferred.

• Progressive nursing leadership experience is expected.

MAJOR FUNCTION:The Patient Flow Supervisor is responsible for overseeing real-time patient flow and bed management across the hospital system to ensure optimal capacity utilization. Operating from the Operations Intelligence Center (OIC), the Patient Flow Supervisor coordinates with clinical teams, leadership, and external partners to manage transfers, admissions, and discharges effectively.
