Job summary

The Real-Time Operations Controller position at CACI in Aurora, CO, monitors ground equipment and services in a 24/7 schedule, supporting rapid rescheduling and task deployment.

You will work with a dedicated team across day and night shifts, ensuring system health, logging daily activity, and coordinating with engineers to implement configuration changes. A TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of directly related experience.
• A TS/SCI with minimum Polygraph is required to begin employment and higher poly may be required later.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (5am–5pm or 5pm–5am).
• Understanding RF spectrums and satellite communications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system state of health and respond to issues.
• Lead daily turnover and update operations log entries.
• Support system testing after upgrades and during maintenance.
• Coordinate with team to implement configuration changes.
• Perform remote diagnostic monitoring of systems.
• Provide feedback to customers on lab analyses and playback results.
