Job summary

Trideum Corporation is seeking a Modeling and Simulation Software Engineer to support Army RTC programs at Redstone Arsenal. You will help develop, integrate, and sustain high-fidelity, real-time simulation toolsets for crewed and uncrewed aviation systems.

The role requires strong C++/Python programming skills, experience with Agile methods, and US citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Collaboration with a core team and government customers is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or computer science/engineering.
• Experience implementing algorithms for system behavior modeling, mission logic, or sensor representation.
• Knowledge of real-time simulation frameworks and modeling methodologies.
• Strong programming skills in C++ and Python; experience with Agile development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modeling and simulation software for mission analysis and performance assessments.
• Implement integration solutions to connect simulation software with other models and system interfaces.
• Create and customize simulation models for sensors, aircraft, and communication systems.
• Support Agile and Scrum software development processes.
• Collaborate with engineers to provide modeling solutions for government customers.
• Coordinate software interfaces and align with systems engineering activities.
