Zūm is seeking a dispatcher to direct and monitor daily driver assignments, route coverage, and vehicle utilization in Wisconsin. You will communicate drive details, assist with routing, and enforce company policies while ensuring on-time service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong computer skills with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Demonstrated ten-key and data entry skills for accurate records.
• Excellent oral and written communication with interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor daily driver assignments and route coverage.
• Communicate route details to drivers for proper execution.
• Assist drivers with routing directions and special services when needed.
• Recommend disciplinary actions for policy violations as appropriate.
• Respond to emergencies, coordinate repairs and replacements when required.
• Maintain route documentation and notify stakeholders of changes.
