Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Real-Time Operations Mission Lead to oversee mission evaluation, data collection and dissemination in support of national security objectives. You will work closely with Government Operations Officers and shift teams to ensure system performance and mission success.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and continuous improvement of mission support processes, with up to 25% travel and a TS/SCI with polygraph requirement.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of directly related experience.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph is required to begin employment; higher-level polygraph may be required later.
• Proven leadership experience in mission operations or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of mission support systems and operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience in real-time operations or real-time watch support.
• Knowledge of satellite communications and RF spectrum usage.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the missions supported by the contract and assess current tasking, data collection, processing, and dissemination for mission objectives.
• Continuously evaluate the CONOP, assess tools, and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Interface with shift operations to collect feedback on system performance.
• Support Government Operations Officers through the full cycle of collection operations and mission success assessments.
• Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to Mission Support Specialists and operators.
• Oversee development and implementation of mission support strategies and processes.
• Ensure alignment of mission activities with organizational goals and coordinate with senior management on improvements.
• Monitor mission performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate standards of operation and ensure compliance with mission requirements.
• Collaborate with crew leads on certification and cross-system training programs.
• Certify and maintain deep understanding of all mission systems; oversee testing after upgrades and maintenance.
• Train team members on mission systems to keep skills current.
