Job summary

G Mining Ventures is seeking a Mine Dispatcher for the Oko West Project in Guyana. The role coordinates mining fleet activities in real time to optimize truck-to-loader assignments and meet production targets.

The position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to work day/night shifts in a remote mine, and familiarity with fleet management systems such as MS4M. Temporary contract during construction with rotation and safety emphasis.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of mining operations experience, preferably open-pit mining.
• Experience with dispatch and fleet management systems preferred.
• Strong understanding of fleet management, haulage cycles, and production KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate mining fleet in real time using MS4M.
• Execute shift production plans and route ore, waste, and subgrade correctly.
• Track KPIs, equipment status, delays, cycle times, and loading performance.
• Respond to disruptions and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain MS4M data, delay records, and handovers.
• Support safe mine operations and respond to emergencies.
