Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; substitutions allowed for advanced degree.
• One year of law enforcement, intelligence, or emergency operations experience.
• Experience with IT tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SQL, Power BI).
• Experience in real-time intelligence or RTIC environments preferred.
• Ability to develop SOPs, training materials, or operational protocols.

Responsibilities

• Gather and research ancillary information and criminal intelligence.
• Oversee intake, analysis, and distribution of real-time data (video, ALPR, CAD).
• Communicate with law enforcement via radio, email, and phone to relay incidents.
• Summarize suspects and vehicles related to crime trends.
• Provide real-time intelligence to agency personnel and outside partners.
• Coordinate with staff to align support with operational priorities.
• Develop leads and hypotheses from investigations.
• Review news and social media for relevant data.
• Support events and emergency operations with real-time coordination.
