Job summary

Edera L3C is seeking a Clinical ATE Support specialist to provide hands-on coaching and real-time end-user assistance during activation, go-live, and stabilization of healthcare IT systems.

You will document encounters, coordinate with super-users and technical teams, and ensure continuity across shifts through structured logs and handoffs. Travel is heavy and employment is on a 1099 basis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of directly relevant experience in EHR end-user support or clinical operations.
• Associate's degree or clinical credential, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with go-live and stabilization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time end-user coaching and workflow reinforcement during activation and go-live.
• Document support encounters and logs across shifts.
• Escalate issues using defined workflows to ensure timely resolution.
• Complete closeout and handoff records to ensure continuity between shifts.
