Qualifications

• MS Office familiarity including Excel and Word
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
• 2 years in a dispatching or operations control center
• Must read dispatch screens and non-audible resources

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time train operations and GPS tracking to ensure service execution.
• Coordinate nightly reporting and staff communications across teams.
• Maintain records of incidents and operational challenges for reporting and improvement.
• Communicate updates to Guest and Teammate information systems and support decision-making.
