Job summary

Nevada State Bank, a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A., is hiring a Digital Engagement Acquisition Specialist to support client onboarding and digital engagement from our Las Vegas office. You will assist online visitors, guide them through the digital banking journey, and help convert interest into appointments or secured applications.

The role requires strong communication skills, at least 1 year in sales or customer service, and a solid banking product knowledge base.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in inside sales, banking, or customer service.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide real time support to prospects and customers via online channels.
• Engage and support online visitors through real-time chat.
• Uncover client needs by asking clarifying questions to identify financial goals.
• Educate prospects on bank products, features, and digital tools.
• Recommend next steps such as connecting with a banker or scheduling appointments.
• Assist users who begin but do not complete applications to support conversion.
• Maintain a customer-centric tone to enhance digital experience.
