Job summary

Nevada State Bank, a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A., is hiring a Digital Engagement Acquisition Specialist for our Las Vegas, NV office. This 5-day in-office role supports client acquisition through real-time online engagement and chat, guiding customers through digital banking experiences and scheduling follow-ups with bankers.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in inside sales or banking-related roles, strong communication, and the ability to cross-sell products.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in inside sales, branch banking, and services, customer service or other directly related experience.
• Working knowledge of sales, customer service, retention skills and banking products and services.
• Must have good customer service, problem resolution and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to use a variety of computer software.
• Ability to cross sell bank products.
• Requires initiative and ability to recognize opportunities.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provides real time support to prospects and customers who engage with the bank through online channels.
• Engages and supports online visitors through real-time chat by providing timely assistance, answering questions, and guiding users through their digital banking experience.
• Uncovers client needs by asking thoughtful, clarifying questions to identify financial goals and pain points.
• Educates prospects and clients on the bank’s products, features, and digital tools to ensure a clear understanding of available solutions.
• Recommends appropriate next steps such as connecting with a banker, scheduling appointments, or accessing additional resources.
• Assists users who begin but do not complete applications to support conversion of abandoned applications.
• Maintains a consistent, customer-centric tone that enhances the digital experience and reinforces the bank’s online service reputation.
• Captures and routes qualified opportunities to branch and business banking partners.

We are now accepting applications for a Digital Engagement Acquisition Specialist to join our Client Acquisition team. Employees in this role will support client acquisition for Nevada State Bank. Position is 5 days per week in-office (Monday – Friday) and is located at our corporate office in Las Vegas, NV.

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of sales, customer service, retention skills and banking products and services.

• Ability to use a variety of computer software.
• Ability to cross sell bank products.
• Requires initiative and ability to recognize opportunities.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
