The Collier County Sheriff’s Office is seeking a Real-Time Operations Center (ROC) Analyst to support proactive crime analysis and real‑time information dissemination. The position requires the ability to monitor feeds, prepare analytical reports, and communicate findings to patrol and investigations teams.

Starting hourly wage is $25.51 with shiftwork and on‑call availability. Candidates should have an Associate’s Degree or equivalent, Pass Wonderlic/OPAC tests, and possess strong data,

Qualifications

• Must have Associate's Degree or equivalent training or experience.
• Minimum Wonderlic score of 22, and OPAC of 80%.
• Shiftwork availability.
• On-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Collect, collate, analyze and disseminate criminal justice information, such as crime series and trends.
• Review news sources, public information, and real time data for information.
• Monitor various camera feeds to provide real time information.
• Work closely with Patrol and Investigations to provide timely and actionable analytical products.
• Prepare law enforcement bulletins, analytical crime reports, and mapping documents in aid of calls and investigations.
• Present information via verbal presentations.
• Provide information to field units on radios and MDT units.
• Develop leads, associations, and hypotheses based on information gathered in criminal investigations.
