You will document incidents and report findings with precision to uphold regulatory compliance and a safe guest experience. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years in security/surveillance, flexibility for extended hours, and the ability to obtain Maryland licensing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years’ experience in security and/or surveillance preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required Maryland license.

Responsibilities

• Observe activities on the casino floor, cage, and count rooms via CCTV for violations and safety concerns.
• Identify safety hazards in casino areas to protect guests and staff.
• Operate monitor room equipment and ensure proper system functionality.
• Complete accurate reports and documentation as needed.
• Assist in training on CCTV equipment and alarms.
