Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum 4 years in casino surveillance with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Must obtain Maryland license as required by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.
Responsibilities
- Observe activities on the casino floor via CCTV for violations and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor safety hazards in casino, atrium, and parking areas to protect guests and staff.
- Operate monitor room equipment and generate proper reports.
- Supervise department staff on procedures for protecting assets and maintaining internal controls.
- Assist in scheduling and training of staff.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of Table Games and all gaming/non-gaming departments.
- Report all violations to management and escalate as needed.
- Review department actions with Surveillance Management and leadership.
- Meet with departmental management as necessary.
