Job summary

State of South Carolina, through the SC Army National Guard’s Construction and Facilities Management Office, seeks a Real Property Specialist to manage and analyze statewide real property assets. You will create, maintain, and dispose of RPA records, support property documentation, and ensure asset synchronization across multiple systems.

The role involves GIS data work, field data collection with GPS, and coordinating with host Real Property Officers to keep records current.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and relevant program experience.
• Skilled in ESRI ArcGIS Pro, Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and basic relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, manage, and control real property assets (RPA) statewide for SCARNG CFMO.
• Create and maintain RPA records in PRIDE and HQIIS; coordinate property documentation and inventories.
• Perform GIS/data analysis, fieldwork (GPS data collection), and support maps/plans/photographs.
