Job summary

Aldevra is seeking a Real Property Analyst to support Army Reserve real property activities at Fort Jackson, SC. This role emphasizes accuracy, cross-functional coordination, and adherence to DoD property processes.

The analyst will work with Realty staff, update property systems, and prepare reports while maintaining strong alignment with Aldevra’s SOAR values of integrity, teamwork, accountability, and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, or engineering support.
• Associates degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Knowledge of Army real property accountability and AR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support Real Property execution with embedded contractor personnel at RD, MSC, and ARFIs.
• Coordinate daily activities with local DPW Realty staff and report to USARC Engineers Directorate.
• Update GFEBS with acquisitions, disposals, and capital improvements.
• Plan and execute physical inventories per AR 405-45.
• Submit Monthly Status Reports to USARC leadership.
