Job summary

Topsarge Business Solutions in Fayetteville, NC seeks a Real Property Specialist to support DoD real property execution across designated readiness divisions and Army Reserve facilities. You will coordinate with DPW Realty staff, update GFEBS transactions, and prepare capitalization documentation for acquisitions, disposals, and capital improvements.

Two years of DoD real property experience is required along with proficiency in GFEBS Real Property roles and HQIIS.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in DoD real property.
• Proficiency in GFEBS Real Property roles and HQIIS.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Real Property, Real Estate or Facilities Management.

Responsibilities

• Support daily technical execution for local Realty staff and report to Engineers Directorate.
• Plan and execute inventories of real property assets and prepare capitalization documents.
• Submit MSRs detailing assets inventoried, remediation progress, and GFEBS transactions.
• Maintain travel readiness and deploy within CONUS/OCONUS as required.
• Reconcile UoT, resolve UMTs, and fix IDOC failures between GFEBS and HQIIS.
