Job summary

LMI seeks a Real Property Functional Subject Matter Expert to support an Army client within the Asset Management Division. The role focuses on data quality for real property and Construction in Progress (CIP), asset visibility, and stakeholder reporting.

The candidate will leverage deep project controls experience on large capital programs and knowledge of Army real property systems, policies, and reporting processes to drive improvements and deliverables for the Army HQDA G-4 ELISS program.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in civil engineering, architectural engineering, facilities management, construction management, real estate management, business, finance, data analytics, or related field preferred.
• 12+ years of project controls, real property, capital asset, or construction program experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain real property inventory and CIP records in Army systems; ensure data quality.
• Train stakeholders on business rules, workflows, and systems.
• Review and reconcile data related to real property assets, construction projects, and capital investments.
