Job summary

Versar Global Solutions is seeking a Real Property Subject Matter Expert to support the Air Force Civil Engineering Directorate. The role focuses on policy development, governance, and program management for DoD real property initiatives, requiring collaboration with AFHQ and major commands to ensure accountability and readiness.

Responsibilities include data-driven analyses, coordination across offices, and producing concise, decision-ready documents for GO/SES audiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 10 years’ experience supporting real property or related programs.
Experience advising senior leaders; coordinating across HQ, regional, campus, installation, or enterprise-level orgs.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter advisor to AF/A4C leadership on real property management policy and program implementation.
Develop and maintain DAF-level real property governance, policy, and program documentation.
Analyze real property program performance, risks, and opportunities; provide actionable recommendations.
Prepare executive briefings, decision papers, and briefing materials for inquiries.
Coordinate with AFIMSC, AFCEC, MAJCOMs, ANG, AFRC to resolve policy and program issues.
