Job summary

ARELI is seeking a Real Property Technician to support Fort Drum Directorate of Public Works (DPW) onsite in Fort Drum, NY. The role focuses on maintaining real property and financial data in GFEBS to ensure audit readiness and accountability.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Army real property, financial audits, and strong organizational and communication skills, working closely with government clients and the GIS team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2 years' experience in administrative support and document prep.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to use Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update GFEBS data for facilities.
• Reconcile HQIIS data with GFEBS records.
• Generate InSITE reports and correct errors.
• Compile and validate documentation for data entry.
• Conduct onsite surveys to determine facility usage and capture photos.
• Ensure supporting documentation matches GFEBS data.
• Coordinate facility updates with the GIS team.
