Job description

We are looking for a Real Estate Virtual Assistant (VA) who will support real estate agents, property managers, or investors with administrative, marketing, and client management tasks remotely. This role helps streamline operations, enabling the client to focus on sales, client relationships, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative Support:
    • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
    • Handle email management, respond to inquiries, and follow up on communications.
    • Prepare and organize documents, contracts, and listing agreements.
  2. Marketing and Lead Generation:
    • Create and schedule social media posts to promote listings, open houses, and services.
    • Generate and nurture leads by conducting outreach campaigns via email or social media.
    • Prepare marketing materials, property listings, and updates for the company’s website or MLS (Multiple Listing Service).
  3. Client Relationship Management (CRM):
    • Update and maintain CRM systems with client information, property details, and lead statuses.
    • Follow up with potential clients, send thank-you notes, and gather feedback on properties.
  4. Data Entry and Documentation:
    • Input property information and other relevant data into spreadsheets, CRMs, and listing platforms.
    • Organize and manage virtual files, contracts, and property records.
  5. Property Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research on property values, neighborhood trends, and local real estate data.
    • Prepare comparative market analyses (CMA) for potential listings.
  6. Transaction Coordination:
    • Assist with coordinating real estate transactions by managing timelines, paperwork, and communications with clients, lenders, and inspectors.
    • Ensure all documentation is complete and properly filed in compliance with industry standards.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Prior experience in real estate support, administration, or as a VA is preferred.
  • Proficiency in real estate software, such as MLS, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and Google Workspace.
  • Proficiency in ASANA.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with real estate terminology, contracts, and transaction processes.

Work Environment: Purely work-from-home, Night Shift (EST), Weekly pay.
