Job summary

Candidates should have 5+ years in real estate valuation, strong Excel and presentation skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree – preferred fields include Real Estate, Accounting, Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experienced professional with 5+ years in industry at Senior Analyst or Analyst level or external equivalent.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, self-motivated, and execute at a high level.

Responsibilities

• Perform valuations on major property types.
• Lead a team of valuation professionals with guidance and QC.
• Manage workflow and direct reports to deliver on time.
• Assist with portfolio valuations and large consulting engagements.
• Communicate with market participants, clients, and coworkers.
