Job summary

SitusAMC Holdings Corporation is seeking a seasoned valuation professional to perform commercial property valuations and portfolio work across the U.S. You will work with senior leaders to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.

The role emphasizes teamwork, client communication, and adherence to deadlines while supporting broader advisory engagements and potential MAI/licensing progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of industry experience at Senior Analyst or Analyst level.
• Intermediate understanding of Commercial Real Estate and Finance.
• Basic understanding of current real estate climate and market.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, self-motivated and execute at a high level.
• MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Potentially work towards MAI.
• Potentially work towards state licensing.

Responsibilities

• Perform valuations for commercial properties and portfolios.
• Guide and quality-control valuation work with a path to lead a team.
• Manage workflow and direct reports to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Support portfolio valuations and large consulting engagements.
• Communicate and coordinate with market participants, clients, and colleagues.
