Job summary

Compass International Holdings in Truckee, California is seeking an Operations Specialist to support data entry and real estate transactions. You will create and process listing and pending files, upload documents, and maintain large datasets across MLS and related databases.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication. You will assist agents, ensure paperwork compliance, and collaborate with branch staff to keep data accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

1–2 years’ experience in data entry, customer service or real estate related roles.
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and oral).
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
Creative problem-solving abilities.
Ability to communicate with different audiences and adapt to customers.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Review and audit documentation for proper placement in the system.
Enter information, upload documents and photos into local MLS.
Create and manage transactions in the operating system.
Send communication to Sales Associates regarding incomplete files.
Work with branch office administrative staff and Agent Services to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Provide customer support to all agents and supporting staff at our branches.
Additional duties as required by business need.
