Leverage Companies in Newark, NJ is seeking a Transactions Coordinator/Paralegal for the Leverage Homes division to manage real estate transactions from attorney reviews through closings. The role offers base compensation of $60,000–$80,000 with production-based incentives. Total on-target compensation ranges $80,000–$100,000+ annually.

You will coordinate across Acquisitions, Dispositions, Legal, Title, and Lending teams to ensure timely, compliant closings and excellent client service.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in real estate transactions, from attorney reviews to close.
• Strong understanding of real estate contracts and disclosures.
• Experience with enterprise-grade CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transaction and financing processes from contract to close.
• Oversee full contract-to-close for seller clients, ensuring complete docs.
• Track deadlines: inspections, disclosures, closing requirements, etc.
• Ensure compliance with policies, state regs, and industry best practices.
• Prepare and organize listing agreements, disclosures, and docs.
• Coordinate with lenders and internal debt fund on financials.
• Keep the CRM up to date and maintain data hygiene.
• Serve as primary contact for seller clients with timely updates.
• Collaborate with buyer agents, title companies, and stakeholders.
• Resolve issues proactively to avoid roadblocks.
• Keep sellers informed from contract to closing.
• Liaise with buyers, teams, title companies, attorneys.
• Drive on-time closings and surface challenges early.
