The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and be highly motivated with excellent communication and organizational skills. Formación

• Minimum 3–5 years of previous experience in a similar role.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience with document management systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist attorney with Commercial and Residential Real Estate transactions.
• Prepare, review, and organize transactional documents.
• Coordinate and track due diligence items.
