Leverage Companies is seeking an entrepreneurial investment professional to join Leverage Homes in Newark, NJ, focusing on acquiring single-family and multifamily assets across New Jersey. You will close opportunities with the support of a national private equity platform, leveraging mentorship, capital, and a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The role blends leadership, deal-sourcing, and team development, with a ramp to full production and an uncapped commission structure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outbound sales experience.
• Experience in real estate or private equity sales is a plus.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person property walkthroughs and valuations.
• Manage a high-volume personal pipeline and negotiate acquisition opportunities.
• Participate in daily training, roleplays, and team development sessions.
• Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene by tracking, updating, and reporting all sales activity.
• Build rapport with sellers, uncover pain points, and negotiate win-win deals.
• Develop business management, leadership, and operational skills within a private equity environment.
• Show up with hunger, focus, and a relentless commitment to results.
