• High proficiency in drafting, negotiation, and diligence review with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication, superior organizational abilities, and ability to manage multiple concurrent transactions.
• Team-oriented approach with eagerness to learn from leading practitioners in the field.
• J.D. from an accredited law school; active California State Bar in good standing.
• Resume/CV, cover letter, and law school transcript are required for submission.
• Base Salary Range: $260,000 – $310,000 annually, based on class year, experience level, and qualifications.
