The successful candidate will work alongside highly regarded real estate practitioners representing developers, investors, landlords, tenants, lenders, and institutional clients on complex real estate matters.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate:
  • Purchase and sale agreements
  • Commercial leases
  • Easements
  • Real estate-related transactional documents
• Conduct and manage title and survey due diligence reviews
• Analyze and resolve title, survey, and entitlement issues
• Coordinate and manage transaction closings
• Work directly with clients, title companies, lenders, and opposing counsel
• Assist with:
  • Acquisitions and dispositions
  • Commercial leasing transactions
  • Portfolio transactions
  • Real estate development matters
• Manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously

Compensation & Benefits
