The attorney will draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and related documents, coordinate closings, and collaborate with developers, investors, lenders, and clients on sophisticated real estate matters.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating real estate transaction documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and related documents.
• Conduct and manage title and survey due diligence reviews.
• Coordinate and manage transaction closings with clients, title companies, lenders, and opposing counsel.
• Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing, portfolio transactions, and development matters.
