Permanent Placements LLC is assisting a premier Am Law 50 law firm in San Diego to hire a mid-level Real Estate Associate with 3-4 years of transactional experience. The role focuses on sophisticated real estate matters and long-term partnership-track growth.

You will draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and related documents, while coordinating closings and working closely with developers, investors, landlords, tenants, lenders, and institutional

Competenze

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• Active California Bar membership in good standing is required.
• 3–4 years of commercial real estate transactional experience required.
• Experience drafting and negotiating real estate transaction documents is required.

Mansioni

• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases and easements.
• Conduct and manage title and survey due diligence reviews.
• Coordinate and manage transaction closings and work with clients, title companies, lenders, and opposing counsel.
• Assist with acquisitions and dispositions and commercial leasing transactions.
• Manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously.
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates on sophisticated real estate projects.
