The role emphasizes transactional leadership, drafting, and mentoring, with a base salary range and top market bonuses. JD from ABA school and Colorado Bar eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of sophisticated real estate transactional experience (preferably in a large law firm).
• Experience across real estate finance, acquisitions/dispositions, and/or joint venture transactions.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills; excellent firm credentials; level-appropriate matter management; commitment to work quality.
• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school; active member in good standing (or eligible) of the Colorado Bar.
• Resume/CV required (cover letter and law school transcript encouraged).

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on commercial real estate purchases and sales, real estate debt financings, investments, and diligence matters.
• Structure, draft, and negotiate core real estate documentation (purchase agreements, JV agreements, financing documents).
• Manage transactions with autonomy while maintaining direct client interaction.
• Mentor and supervise junior associates and paralegals on transactional matters.
