JLL in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a TM Analyst to serve as the real estate coordinator and single point of contact for day-to-day client needs, overseeing the processing, coordination, and management of new lease transactions.

This role emphasizes data accuracy, timely communication, and collaboration across internal teams to support contracts, regulatory compliance, and client goals, while providing ongoing updates and supporting special projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the end-to-end transaction workflow for new lease transactions, amendments, assignments, and terminations.
• Prepare, review, and submit real estate contracts for execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for approvals.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate project information in transaction databases.
• Input, audit, and verify data to ensure consistency with client standards.
• Provide timely written and verbal updates to client regarding contract status.
• Support the Transaction Manager in preparing real estate contracts, closing out database records, or other administrative tasks.
• Conduct research on property details, ownership, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with client's internal departments.
• Uphold high quality standards and data accuracy.
• Ensure all work aligns with client goals, internal processes, and compliance requirements.
• Assist with special projects or additional duties as assigned.
