The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of management experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to independently resolve issues. The compensation range is $80,000-$130,000/year, including base and bonus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of people management experience in settlement, title, or transaction management.
• 5+ years of real estate transaction experience.
• Ability to resolve complex real estate transaction issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage acquisition and disposition transactions from contract ratification through settlement.
• Supervise and train Transaction Coordinators.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are being followed.
