Qualifications

• 2+ years of people management experience in settlement, title, or transaction management.

• Proven experience managing high-volume acquisitions and dispositions.

Responsibilities

• Manage acquisition and disposition transactions from contract to settlement.
• Supervise and train Transaction Coordinators / Settlement Processors.
• Ensure high quality and accuracy of all listings across MLS.
