Our real estate team is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to assist our valued home buyers, investors, sellers, agents, project managers, and contractors from pre-contract to post-closing. In this role, you will ensure every client enjoys a seamless and stress-free experience by managing critical details such as coordinating inspections, collaborating with attorneys, agents, title companies, and home inspectors, managing escrow documentation, scheduling repairs, and ensuring all offers and counteroffers are properly approved. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to continually learn and improve processes. Compensation: $45,000 + Bonus (Ability to earn over $75,000+ per year)
Experience: Proven track record in real estate transactions or administrative support preferred.
Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in real estate software, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
Personality: Positive, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
Requirements: Real estate license (preferred but not required). Knowledge of local real estate transaction processes and timelines.
