Job summary

Compass International Holdings in Wisconsin is seeking a proactive sales representative who blends education, sales, and event coordination to promote our title and closing services to real estate agents and lenders.

You will connect agents with escrow officers, educate them on industry developments, and build enduring relationships through trust and personalized service, including organizing after-hours events to strengthen client ties.

Qualifications

• One to three years’ sales experience; basic understanding of title insurance.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills to support marketing efforts.
• Well organized, excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Microsoft Suite proficient.
• State specific certifications where applicable.
• One to two years’ escrow, title, or real estate experience (preferred).
• Notary license (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Going beyond sales: identify and meet area real estate agents and lenders to pursue and cultivate relationships for title and closing services.
• Close the loop with potential clients by responding to open questions and obtaining information to persuade them to use our services.
• Be the go-to person with expertise and support staff to answer questions for agents and lenders.
• Use social media to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Educate agents by creating and conducting workshops with prepared and customized materials.
• Prepare weekly reports to track and monitor business results, gains and losses.
