Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• Proven experience as Real Estate Agent Recruiter, sourcing top professionals and meeting goals.
• Deep knowledge of the real estate market and licensing requirements.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills across stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for candidates at all levels.
• Proficient with ATS and recruitment software; able to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
