Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in sustainability, real estate, or energy management.
• Advanced knowledge of energy data management and tracking.
• Experience with sustainability reporting standards and frameworks (GRESB, PRI).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Sustainability Strategy Integration across the firm with asset management teams.
• Oversee GRESB reporting with third-party consultants; ensure timely submissions.
• Manage energy, water, and emissions data; support benchmarking and opportunities.
