The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of CRE experience, JD, and strong negotiation and communication skills, with a proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple transactions.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admission to a state bar in good standing.
• 7+ years of real estate law experience.
• Experience with complex CRE transactions (JV, developments, acquisitions, dispositions, financing).
• Strong negotiation and written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work cross-functionally.

• Provide legal support to all aspects of real estate investments and operations.
• Collaborate with leaders across departments and report to the Associate General Counsel.
• Draft, negotiate, and close complex real estate transactions.
